This session explores the often-unseen emotional demands of providing diabetes education in the healthcare setting and how it influences clinical presence, communication, and professional well-being. Attendees will leave with practical, immediately applicable strategies to support self-care, strengthen person-centered interventions, and promote sustainable, meaningful communication across health care settings.
