Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) devices are transforming diabetes management, yet accessibility and provider education remain challenges. Determining medical residents’ anxiety and perceived barriers toward CGM can inform educational interventions by diabetes care and education specialists to increase its adoption. This poster reviews a study aimed at identifying PGY-1 Family Medicine residents’ prior CGM education, anxiety toward technology, attitudes, and perceived barriers related to the use of CGM. Participants across seven residency programs completed a pre-survey to assess their baseline knowledge and anxiety regarding CGM use.
